This is an LED upgrade Kit for YOUR instrument cluster.
You are not buying an instrument cluster with LED's, you are buying a kit to upgrade your OEM lights to LED's.
This is a Do-it-Yourself instrument cluster bulb to LED Upgrade Kit in PURE BLUE.
Soldering skills are necessary for this kit.
The kit includes the LED's for the back lighting and 2 extra for the turn signals.
(Not for the indicators)
Just de-solder the original incandescent bulbs from the circuit board and solder the LED's in place.

You instrument cluster is extremely easy to remove. It consists of remove one piece of plastic, and 4x 9/32 (7mm) screws.There are MANY videos on YOUTUBE that detail not only removing your instrument cluster but also adding led's as well!
