Each housing has 18 high quality LEDs (more then other versions) that put out more
light then the stock bulbs and LED replacement bulbs, in the brilliant white, 6000K
color.
These direct fit replacement LED license plate light housings are an easy upgrade to, just about anyone can do with a simple Philips screwdriver. Simply pull the light slightly toward the rear of the bumper which releases the clip on the light and lift the light out of the bumper, unlock the bulb holder with a 1/4 turn, remove the bulb from the bulb holder, plug the LED connector into the bulb holder and lock the bulb holder in the LED housing then insert the housing back in the bumper hole and you are done! Unlike other versions our version allows you to lock the bulb holder into the housing preventing the lights from becoming disconnected due to vibration and road bumps, and preventing water, dirt and dust from getting inside the housing!
