These are both POWER seats. THE PASSENGER SEAT HAS CUT WIRES ANDMAYORMAYNOTBEMISSINGANELECTRICALCOMPONENTONTHEBOTTOM. No rips or tears in the cushions. The driver seat has some cracks on the bottom cushion pointed out in the pictures.
