The cheapest solution we found so far is greyhound package express. Shipping and handling is no cost to you. It’s free, but you are required to pick up the bumper from the bus station. Greyhound shipping is not a regular shipping! They ship using buses, from one terminal to another. They have bus terminals all over United States. Usually all zip codes have a bus station in a 25 miles radius. They do not deliver to you address, the part will be held at the bus station closest to the zip code provided.
