2015-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD 3500 HD Headlight Assembly w/ projector w/ chrome trim left driver side used genuine Chevrolet factory Oem no cheap after market or replica in good used condition only has some scuffs and scratches on chrome trim see pictures but it doesn't look to bad. Lens is good no cracked or chipped. The outer bottom tab was repaired see pictures but still strong and fully operational. The other three tabs are intact. No other damage. The bulbs are included.
