Towanda state police are investigating a burglary in Stevens Township that took place between July 7 and July 14, state police said. Rebecca Ellen Lane, 30, of Troy, was charged with harassment by Towanda state police after an incident in Sheshequin Township on July 9 at about 9:35 p. m. , state police said.
