15 year old dies in Chemung County accident - WBNG-TV
Investigators say a 2002 Chrysler Sebring driven by Justin Jayne, 24, of Elmira, was traveling east on Dutch Hill Road. Jayne and a 16-year-old female, seated in the back seat of the vehicle, were transported from the scene to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania with non-life threatening injuries. A front seat passenger, David Jones, 21, of Elmira, and a 15-year-old female seated in the rear of the vehicle were taken to the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira with non-life threatening injuries. A 15-year-old female from Elmira, who was seated in the rear seat, was transported to the Arnot Ogden Medical Center with critical injuries. Jayne, Jones, and the other 15 and 16-year-old female passengers of the vehicle were treated for non-life threatening injuries and have been released from area hospitals. Source: www.wbng.com
