About 9 p. m. , a 70-year-old man whose identity was not yet released by FHP was headed west on County Road in a 2003 Dodge Dakota when it veered into oncoming traffic. The man’s pickup struck an eastbound Chrysler PT Cruiser driven by 44-year-old Rebecca Ann Bickel, also of Crescent City, according to the FHP release.
