LHS-grad Spurlock takes over Lady Devil softball - Lebanon Democrat

Chris Spurlock has been named softball coach for Lebanon High School, new LHS principal Scott Walters said Wednesday. Spurlock, 36, played first base for the Blue Devils as a senior in 1997. The 2003 Tennessee Tech-graduate returned to the Lebanon area about a year ago, spending the past year working in his family’s business. He will join the LHS faculty as a history and government teacher, Walters said. “He had a good overall vision for players and students with what we’re trying to do at Lebanon High School. “I’m pumped to be back at Lebanon High School,” Spurlock said.
