Underage Drinking Party Busted: At 12 a. m. July 16, Plainsboro patrol officers responded to a residence on Hopkins Court for a report of an underage drinking party. Fugitive On The Run: On Sunday, July 19, Voltaire S. Ramsay, 39, of Boyertown, Pa. , was operating a silver 1998 Chrysler Concorde when he was stopped on Route 1’s northbound lanes for an alleged unsafe lane change. Further investigation revealed Ramsay was wanted out of Bensalem, Pa. Ramsay was arrested and issued a warrant for Fugitive from Justice. He was transported to the Middlesex County jail pending future court hearings. Warrant Arrest: At 03:40 a. m. July 8, a motor vehicle stop was made on a 2004 Ford Explorer on Scudders Mill Road for the driver’s alleged failure to drive in the right lane when not passing. The driver of the vehicle, Joanne Heller-Saunders, 54, of Plainsboro, was found to have two active criminal warrants, specifically a no-bail warrant out of Union County for alleged larceny. Heller-Saunders was arrested and transported to the Middlesex County jail to await transport to Union County by Union County Sheriffs. She was also issued 11 traffic citations, including suspended driving, expired registration, obstructed windshield, no insurance, unclear plates, and failure to exhibit insurance and registration card.
