Driver killed in collision with Waste Management truck - Pamplin Media Group
Portland police said Byron Dewayne Watterson died in the collision. Police said the collision happened at about 3:31 a. m. Aug. According to police, Watterson was driving a 2000 Chrysler Concorde at a high rate of speed west on Prescott Street when the Concorde collided with the garbage truck as it backed out of an apartment parking lot on the north side of the street.
