Driver who died in Northeast Portland collision identified - OregonLive.com
The driver killed in an early morning crash Wednesday in Northeast Portland has been identified as 45-year-old Byron Dewayne Watterson. Portland police said Watterson was speeding as he drove westbound on Northeast Prescott Street in a 2000 Chrysler Concorde when he collided with a garbage truck as it backed out of an apartment parking lot on the north side of the street.
