, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, weapons in motor vehicle and operating without a license. After running the registration of the vehicle, officers discovered that the registration had been suspended do to a lack of insurance. , and asked the driver, Johnson, for his license and documentation of the vehicle. Johnson allegedly told the officer that he did not have a valid driver's license and that the vehicle belonged to his cousin and that he only took it to "get some gas. The officer then checked through dispatch and were told Johnson did not in fact have a valid driver's license and was also told he was on probation for arson and is allegedly known to abuse drugs. After returning to Johnson's vehicle, an officer spotted what appeared to be a pink stun gun under the front passenger seat of the vehicle. Officers also found two black BB guns in the trunk, which were not loaded and a license plate that was expired as of 2012. Police seized the weapons, license plate and had the vehicle towed.
