- Authorities say the two boys in which an Amber Alert was issued late Friday evening have been found and are safe. According to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Department, a father was arrested in Creek County and the "kids are fine. Authorities told 2NEWS reporter Liz Bryant the father, Tyler Mouse, was upset a tribal judge awarded custody of the children to their grandmother and Tyler "just wanted his kids back. Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department issued the alert after they said 3-year-old, Tye Mouse, and 15-month-old, Aiden Mouse were taken by their non-custodial father, 27-year-old Tyler Mouse, by force from their grandparents Friday evening. Aiden was wearing a red shirt with blue strips, a Disney’s Cars jacket and a diaper. Tyler Mouse is reportedly driving a 1998 black, four-door Chrysler Cirrus with Oklahoma license plate 565EXZ.
