The Portland Police Bureau is joining other law enforcement agencies, already using websites, to get the public's help in identifying possible suspects or persons of interests. “I guess the more people helping out, the more eyes on it, obviously the better,” said Jamie Pagen, who likes the idea of the new site. Police hope the public's eyes will be able to help them identify potential suspects, persons of interests or critical witnesses in a number of unsolved cases. At the bottom of the page, there's a spot where people can leave tips, and they can remain anonymous if they choose to. “I think overall it could be a good thing so that people can help give their opinions on who they've seen or haven't seen and... Police said the couple shown in the pictures, pried open a locked key box at an apartment complex on Southeast Belmont. Police say the suspects, then used the key to get into an apartment to steal a mountain bike. Surveillance cameras at the complex captured the suspect's 1995 blue colored Chrysler Cirrus.
