Lou Cammiso confirmed the incident occurred about 7:27 p. m. Tuesday near Reccord's home, and involved a dispute over a red 2006 Chrysler Town & Country van. One of the men stayed inside their vehicle "and the other was going to (Reccord's) door to serve papers when she came out of the building" brandishing the gun, Cammiso said. One of the repossessors called 911 as Reccord allegedly got into the van with at least one of her children, and tried to drive away from the apartment complex. In addition to aggravated assault and the other counts, she was charged with disregarding a stop sign, failure to signal and failure to have a child safety seat in the van, records indicated. "The repo men didn't really seem like they were repo men," Reccord said when contacted. "The second guy actually broke into my vehicle, so they didn't have the keys to get into the vehicle.
