Deaf truck driver crashes into Colonie business - WTEN

COLONIE, N. Y. (NEWS10) – Tint King is a family owned business. A tow truck just left about a half hour ago, pulling the truck out and the entire front of the truck was completely crushed, leaving everyone to wonder what caused all of this. “It’s a good thing I wasn’t working late,” said Zal. A Dodge Dakota truck was driving down Central Avenue late Tuesday night, until it slammed into a utility pole, breaking it in half. It continued to crash into Tint King. Two people were inside the truck: 44-year-old Daniel Frazier and 43-year-old Dawn Kuznicki. As for what caused the unexpected crash, that’s something police are still investigating, but is running into a challenge. So we’re in the process of getting a sign language interpreter so that we can take their statements,” said Lt. Ken Pero, Colonie Police Department. A tow truck pulled the crushed truck out of the building which can help an engineer decide if it can be saved or not. However, David is already scoping out other locations to move his business of 15 years. Source: news10.com
