Surveillance video of a reported robbery in Moline, Illinois shows a man grabbing a bag of money from a woman and running off with it. The robbery at 1st National Bank happened after 11 a. m. Monday, August 10, 2015. Surveillance video and photos... She had a canvas bag full of money that she was depositing for her business when the alleged robber, using force, snatched the bag away and ran. In the surveillance video you can see the suspect walking up to a car parked next to the victim's and hiding behind it. The suspect can then be seen waiting for the woman to get out of her vehicle and walk toward the bank. "He then walks in front of the victim feigning an injury to his leg and engages the victim in conversation before ripping the bank bag from her hands as she passes to enter the bank," police describe. The vehicle is described as a 2012 Dodge Avenger with the STX trim package and stick wheels. Moline Police said the suspected robber is described as a thin, 6-foot tall black man with a goatee.
