Staff with the Ohio Highway Patrol said Paul Williams had been cited for failure to yield in connection with Wednesday’s car crash at East Fairground and North State streets. The investigation is ongoing, but Williams was cited for running a red light on North State Street and entering the intersection, where he was hit by Jacob’s vehicle around 3 p. m.
