Our Reman Units come with a ONE YEAR Replacement Policy. In order for replacement policy to be activated, buyer must fill out and return the Rebuilt Transmission & Transfer Case Policy Packet and core* if required within 30 days of purchase.
*This unit requires a refundable $1500 core charge to be paid prior to shipping your purchase. You will be contacted after purchase to pay core charge so please be sure your contact information is current. If core charge is not paid within 1 week of purchase, your order will be cancelled. Once the core is returned, this charge will be refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping cost returning of core. Core must be returned within 30 days of purchase or you forfeit the core charge and replacement policy.
