2 Seam Technologies
All car covers have seams where two pieces of material join together. Most covers will only feature a single seam technology to reduce costs. 2 seam technologies are used on our covers for added strength and superior waterproofing.
Double Stitched Seam - A double stitched seam is used to prevent the cover from tearing at the seams over time. The cover remains flexible from wind gusts and when it is applied and removed from the vehicle as opposed to a hot welded seam by itself that remains stiff and splits with extended usage.
Hot Welded Seam - A hot welded seam then covers the double stitched seam, making the cover and seams 100% waterproof and flexible.
Non-Scratch Features
