Tjin Edition 2015 Ford Expedition - Examiner.com

The automotive industry is filled with vehicle designers and restylers, but Neil Tjin, president of Tjin Edition and marketing director at Vortech Superchargers, happens to be one of the most influential. His latest creation is this 2015 Ford Expedition that is fully customized and upgraded in a way that is reminiscent of the '90's when slammed trucks were in style. But the Tjin Edition Expedition also has wide fender flares and large tires that give it a blend of racing and extreme custom, all in one sophisticated package. Tjin began by altering the Expedition's exterior and removed all of the vehicle's badges and shaved the roof rack. The custom rear hatch is opened with built-in switches and a custom tailgate made by Josh Freeman and the team at Unique Fabrication. Custom fender flares were created to give the SUV a mean and low appearance, but they also over-emphasize the Expedition's body lines, giving it a road-race look. The low stance from the Expedition's suspension comes from adding a six-inch suspension drop in the front and rear. The effect makes the Expedition look like a slot-car, but one that any truck enthusiast and customizer would want to drive. Source: www.examiner.com
