Man Arrested in Fatal Crash - The Missourian
Paille is facing involuntary vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and second-degree assault while intoxicated charges as well as two counts of armed criminal action as a result of a fatality accident that occurred on Highway 100 late last year. Bond was set at $25,000. He was indicted by a grand jury on June 24, and a warrant was issued two days later, documents showed. The Missouri Highway Patrol reported that at 6:45 p. m. on Dec. 13, Paille, listed at the time as being from Union, was driving a 2007 Ford Edge east in the westbound lanes of Highway 100 west of Highway E.
