Criminal damage to property ·An East Troy resident reported her 2015 Ford Taurus was damaged while parked at Walmart, 250 Wolf Run, between 2 and 4 p. m. Aug. Drug possession ·An officer responded to a report Aug. 28 of an unresponsive male in a running vehicle parked in the lot on 315 Main St. The caller said she felt the male might be impaired and she turned the car off and removed the keys. The officers determined the man, a 34-year-old from Dousman, was not operating while impaired, but did find a knife with marijuana residue on it. The man hadn't been smoking marijuana recently, but admitted to having marijuana in the car through... Officers searched the vehicle and found a small amount of marijuana as well as drug paraphernalia. The man was referred to the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office for his second offense of possession of a controlled substance and for possession of drug paraphernalia. Theft ·An apartment resident reported a black backpack with a black 17-inch Toshiba laptop and keys — valued at $500 — was stolen from his 2014 Chevy Silverado between 8 p. m. Aug.
