Ryan Truex will make his return to the NASCAR XFINITY Series for three races this season through a partnership between Richard Petty Motorsports and Biagi DenBeste Racing. Truex will compete at Richmond International Raceway next weekend in a No. 98 Ford Mustang in what will mark his first XFINITY event since 2012. The Mayetta, New Jersey native and younger brother of Sprint Cup driver Martin Truex Jr. will also... In the XFINITY Series, Truex has made 35 starts highlighted by one pole, two top fives and nine top-10 finishes. He owns a best finish of second, which came at Dover in 2012. Truex has four XFINITY starts at Richmond, claiming one top-five and two top-10 finishes. Truex, 23, competed in 23 of 36 Sprint Cup races last season but hasn't made a start in any of NASCAR's three major series in 2015.
