Poskin and Vail, both suffering serious injuries, were flown to Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur by Air Evac and Arch helicopter services. Three children in Vail’s vehicle were also injured, including Miriam K. Vail, 5, also with serious injuries, Lilly N. Vail, 7 and Rebekah E. Vail, 11, with minor injuries.
