Pedestrian injured in morning crash - San Angelo Standard Times
SAN ANGELO, Texas - First responders took a woman to the hospital Monday morning after an SUV struck her while she was crossing the street at Chadbourne Street and Harris Avenue. A 2010 Ford Flex, turning left onto Harris from Chadbourne, collided with a woman using the crosswalk to cross Harris about 8:35 a. m. Monday, SAPD Traffic Officer Stephen Quade said. The driver said the shadows covering part of the crosswalk prevented her from seeing the pedestrian, who had nearly reached the sidewalk, Quade said. Source: www.gosanangelo.com
