Police seek snow plow thieves - Turn to 10
Smithfield police are asking for the public's help in finding the person who stole a snow plow from a towing service. Police said the thieves cut a padlock and went in through the back parking lot. They were driving a 1995 or 1996 Ford F350 in two-tone with a ladder rack and side step bars. Smithfield police asked anyone with information about the theft to call them at 401-231-2500, ext.
