Steering wheel does not go with the column. Its just there to hold it up.
This column is out of a 1996 Manual Transmission equipped Ford truck. This will fit all 94-98 OBS trucks with driver side air bag. The tilt is nice and tight and bearings are good. The steering wheel is not included.
