Removed form a 1991 Ford F250 4x4 . This the two hole version it has two holes to hold it to the lower mechanism. It is different from the 96 and up The Shifter has been repainted, Knob does stay on shifter but these are notorious for coming off when pulled hard.
Lube up your lower mechanism so it moves freely to avoid this problem.
Sold as is no returns make sure its what you need, there are several Ford shifters for different years and applications.
