, 54, of the 100 block of South Fourth Street, was arrested Sunday evening and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe) after police were called to the 100 block of South Second Street to investigate a trespassing complaint. Montrell L. Bowman, 20, of South 5th Street in Millville, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after his arrest Sunday evening at Landis Avenue and Vassar Place. Brian McCarter, 32, of the 400 block of West Walnut Road, was arrested Sunday and charged with shoplifting a $14. 97 bottle of vodka from ShopRite Liquors on West Landis Avenue. McCarter was also wanted on three Vineland Municipal Court warrants, and was held on $100,000 bail in the county jail. Jerry Santos, 37, of the 500 block of Gilmore Street, was arrested June 22 in the 500 block of Harvard Street, and was charged with possession of crack cocaine less than a half ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest by flight...
