A 56-year-old man told police he gave a 24-year-old man a ride about 8:40 p. m. Tuesday, according to a Corpus Christi police news release. The owner of the vehicle went inside and left the engine running while the 24-year-old man waited in the car, the release states. When the man came out of the store, his 2003 GMC Yukon and passenger were gone. Senior Officer Kirk Stowers said it is unclear what the relationship is between the two men.
