One dead, two injured in wrong-way crash on Snoqualmie Pass - Q13 FOX

– One person was killed early Sunday after a car traveling the wrong way on I-90 at Snoqualmie Pass crashed into an SUV near the summit. The incident occurred just before 4 a. m. near Milepost 53. A 2012 Ford Fiesta was going east in the westbound lanes of I-90 when it hit a 1993 GMC Suburban. The Washington State Patrol reports that the driver of the Fiesta, a 23-year-old man from Puyallup, died at the scene. The driver of the Suburban, a 50-year-old man from Seattle, and his passenger, a 69-year-old woman from Seattle, were both taken to Harborview Medical Center for treatment. Trooper Chris Webb said that reports of the Fiesta going the wrong way on WB I-90 first came in when the car was at Milepost 38.
