• Marvin Maxey III, 31, of North Pole, was charged with fourth-degree assault and access by drunken person to licensed premises after he allegedly threatened a bartender at the Refinery Lounge in North Pole on Saturday afternoon. Maxey threatened the bartender and began to argue with a bar patron. Maxey knocked over a bar stool, was physically aggressive toward the patron and his girlfriend, and tried to knock over the patron’s motorcycle outside.
