Man faces manslaughter charges following fatal Sunday wreck - AL.com
Senior Trooper Chuck Daniel said Kidd was driving a 2010 Nissan Altima Sunday at 9:50 a. m. on U. S. 278 when his car struck a 2008 GMC Acadia. The accident happened near mile marker 119, five miles west of Attalla. , a passenger in the GMC, died as a result of the collision. The driver of the GMC, Ronald Lowder, 75, of Jacksonville, Fla. Kidd was also injured and transported to Gadsden Regional. Alabama State Troopers are continuing to investigate the accident, Daniel said. Source: www.al.com
