Brand new with just slight speckling of the faux chrome finishes, but otherwise has never been installed on a vehicle. This is for the trim piece that fits directly above your license plate and back up camera. The hole for the back up camera is already included in the part.
These retail for over $100 from a Honda dealer, typical stupid high prices for auto parts.
