DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ARREST Police were assisting parole and probation in a search of a residence in the 1100 block of Maryland Avenue when they found boxes of drug paraphernalia, including a glass pipe, tube and syringe Thursday morning. Several of the items belonged to 25-year-old Michael Richotte, who was not on probation, police said. The Butte man is facing a charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. STOLEN VEHICLE A red 1997 Honda Civic del Sol was reported stolen between 8 and 8:45 a. m. Thursday from a residence on the 1000 block of South Wyoming Street. Police estimate the value at $2,000.
