This listing is for a complete used 5 speed manual transmission assembly for the G1 Honda Insight removed from a wrecked, but running and driving, G1 Honda Insight parts car.
Up shifts into all gears smoothly both at a stop while running and at speeds while moving. Downshifts from all gears smoothy at a stop, but at speed there is grinding on downshift from 3rd to 2nd or 2nd to 1st if you're moving fast enough. In other words this is transmission is in typical condition for an Insight transmission and has worn syncros. Despite this it will remain a reliable gear box even if you install it as without replacing or leveling the syncros. No bearing noises.
Complete manual transmission assembly included as shown with attached shifter/linkage/shift bracket, slave cylinder, shift fork and throw-out bearing all included.
