This heavy duty, aftermarket metal bracket holds the alternator so that the belt has the proper tension. Symptoms of an alternator bracket failure is a dead battery, or slowly dying battery. This is where all lights start to dim and things stop working or start operating erratically.
The belt slips when the proper tension is lost when the OEM or inferior brackets breaks. This heavy duty bracket will fix this problem for you. Never again do you have to get your hands dirty fixing a Honda/Acura engineering problem.
