Bail hearing scheduled for Florence accused - Cape Breton Post
John William Francis Matthews, 46, is charged with theft, possession of stolen property and misleading police. He is also charged with theft and possession of stolen property which are alleged to have occurred in May 2013 in Halifax. In addition, Matthews is also charged with impaired driving, refusing a breathalyzer demand, resisting arrest, possession of stolen property (a licence plate for a 1989 Honda Accord), and theft of a 1989 Accord.
