PUTNAM COUNTY — Just days after being arrested for reportedly stealing vehicles from the Cookeville Ford and Lincoln dealership on Interstate Drive and Bob’s Body Shop on West Broad Street, a Cookeville man has been indicted by the Putnam County... Jason Smith Stover, 30, is charged with three counts of theft up to $500, two counts of automobile burglary, a count of theft of property between $1,000 and $10,000, and a count of vandalism.
