Lander Police Department. Arrests/Citations:. Chandria Trippo , 24, Riverton, Speeding and on a LPD warrant. There were 16 calls for service. A resident in the 800 block of Garfield Street called police to report that he had caught a cat in a trap that had been causing damage in his garden. A report of a house party with children present in the 300 block of Washington Street was unfounded. The Fire Department extinguished the smoldering mattress. McCullough Cook, 25, Glenrock , on a Failure to Appear warrant. Three Riverton men ages 21, 21 and 40 were issued citations for having Open Containers in the 300 block of the 17-Mile Road on the Wind River Reservation.
