According to a probable cause statement, Calhoun allegedly broke the glass of the front door of Noble Finance in Monett and took an envelope containing $100. The money was from his then-girlfriend's father, and Calhoun placed it under the door... The charge was filed by Tasha Norris, 25, of Monett, who along with Anna Smith, 37, of Monett, died after police believe they had severe reactions to methamphetamine supplied to them by Calhoun. Tim Schweder, Monett police chief, said Calhoun purchased methamphetamine on June 19 and 20, then consumed the drug with Smith and Norris on the night of June 19 and morning of June 20. Both women were found dead on June 20. According to Schweder,... Schweder said Calhoun and Smith allegedly consumed more of the methamphetamine, some time between 5-10:30 a. m. , and Calhoun said Smith also had a severe reaction to the drug.
