17, someone entered a shed at a business on Route 22 east and stole approximately $4,680 worth of tools, police said. The Clinton Township Police Department Detective Bureau is investigating. 19, at approximately 12:50 am, Patrolman Umair Latif stopped a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Cassi Lelko, 27, of Phillipsburg, on Route 22 west near Route 626 for allegedly failing to maintain a lane. Latif determined that she was intoxicated. Lelko was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a lane. 19, at 6 p. m. , a 1999 Honda CBR driven by Benjamin Jacobs, 21, of Belvidere was traveling north on Grayrock Road near Studer Road when he lost control of the motorcycle, causing it to fall on its left side, police said. Officer Rafaella Vastola issued Jacobs summonses for speeding and careless driving. 20, at 1:50 a. m. , a 2004 BMW driven by a 17-year-old Lebanon boy traveled off Elm Drive, struck a mailbox, a trash can, a utility box, and then a parked and unoccupied 2006 Honda Accord, before stopping on the front lawn of a residence, police... Patrolman John Tiger investigated, and police report the boy refused to perform roadside sobriety testing.
