(WISH) – Police in Hancock County say a 17-year-old boy who hit two bicyclists Tuesday night was driving drunk. Police say the teen driver had a blood alcohol content of 0. 28 percent, when he hit cyclists Carla McCloud and Amanda Wheeler. According to WISH-TV’s partners at the Greenfield Daily Reporter , the accident happened around 9 p. m. Tuesday in the 4300 block of West County Road 300S.
