Akron 16-year-old charged with fondling woman he robbed - WKYC-TV
AKRON -- About 5 a. m. Tuesday, two teens entered a ground-level, kitchen window of an apartment on South Highland Avenue. Once inside the apartment, the boy, 16, went into the 24-year-old female resident's bedroom and placed a handgun against her neck. He then fondled the female while the second teen, 18, walked through the apartment and took several of the victim's belongings, i. e. , cell phone, car keys, bank card and television. After the victim gave the suspects her PIN number, the suspects drove off from the apartment in the woman's red 2004 Hyundai Elantra. As responding officers arrived at the victim's apartment, they saw the victim's vehicle being driven by the two suspects on South Highland Avenue. Officers arrested Doriante J. Sutton, 18, of Akron, and a 16-year-old boy from Akron. Sutton was booked into the Summit County Jail and the 16-year-old was placed in the custody of the Summit County Juvenile Court.
