Police: 3 shot with pellet gun in Campbell County - WCPO

ALEXANDRIA, Ky. – Somebody shot three people with a pellet gun Sunday. Two men and one juvenile boy were hit by pellets in three separate incidents near the Wal-Mart on Alexandria Pike, according to police. ' He said, 'My back is hurting,' and when he lifted the shirt up, that's when he found the wound on the lower back of his son," Alexandria police Sgt. About 10 minutes later, Frodge said, police got another call: A motorcyclist reported being hit, and then another motorcyclist reported the same thing. One of the motorcyclists, Matthew Woodruff, said the pellet hit him in the left buttock. "I just got done eating at Frisch's, I'm cruising along, it's my Sunday and coming back to the house -- and all of the sudden this happens," Woodruff said. All three were hospitalized for treatment of injures that were not life-threatening, police said.
