Georgia man killed, 2 injured in east Alabama wreck - AL.com

A Georgia man was killed and two other men were injured Saturday in a two-vehicle crash north of Oxford. James Column Thompson, 28, of Stone Mountain, was killed in the wreck, which happened at 12:13 p. m. Saturday along Alabama Highway 9 about four miles north of Oxford, according to Alabama State Trooper Chuck Daniel. Thompson was driving a 2009 Hyundai Accent that collided head-on with a 2008 Nissan Rogue. A passenger in his vehicle was taken to a hospital in Anniston. Source: www.al.com
