This is an awesome Holley List 4412-S 500 cfm 2 barrel carburetor. This large 2 barrel carb is a favorite of circle track racers and will also really wake up engines from 4 cylinder to 8 cylinders. These carbs work well as an upgrade over factory 2 barrel carbs and many times to not require a different intake or even an adapter to install. This is a very early model with a date code of 241 which decodes as the first week of April, 1972. These early models come with the desirable "down leg" boosters which I do not believe are found on the later issued carbs. Don't miss this awesome 500 cfm 2 barrel carb.
This carb is in good original condition as shown. The coloring is very nice and all parts move freely. The only modification I see is the throttle lever has had the top trimmed off for clearance as shown. The upper part of the lever is rarely used so this should not effect function in most applications. I removed the bowl to show the internals of this carb are as clean as the externals. This carb has been in cool, dry storage for a long time and should be rebuilt before use. This is an awesome large cfm 2 barrel carb.
