A woman was shot in the head and sustained non-life threatening injuries during a gang shootout in San Juan on Thursday afternoon. Police responded to three different scenes at about 3 p. m. on Thursday, including one at Business 83 and Stewart Road in San Juan. San Juan police continue to search for several suspects that fled the scene in a silver or tan Chevrolet Malibu and a silver or tan Dodge Charger.
